This place was beautiful! We stayed as a family of three for about a week two adults and a 2 year old. We loved all the beach toys and local beaches. The heated pool was great. Carla is a great host and very responsive with any questions we had. The place itself is in a beautiful we loved the hiking trails around. The neighborhood is filled with so many friendly people. We would definitely stay here again. The playground was great for are two year old. Lots of great reviews and restaurant ideas worth checking out. We definitely will be back someday!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for families. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the experience incredibly smooth from start to finish. The little touches throughout the home really made it feel welcoming and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Our family had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

Ótima casa, muito confortável e bem limpa. Apenas uma observação sobre estadias mais longas, seria conveniente ter mais um guardanapo de cozinha. Além disso, sobre a piscina, pra mim não ficou claro que a taxa diária de $ 35 precisaria ser paga por todo o período e não apenas pelos dias que queremos usar a piscina. Carla é uma ótima anfitriã e sempre responde rapidamente. Vivemos dias de férias maravilhosos!

This property was worth every dime for our family vacation this year. It was a quiet and safe location to come back to each evening. I would definitely stay at this location again if the opportunity came.

We loved our stay. The resort was beautiful and the kids loved the waterpark and clubhouse amenities. We were only 15 minutes away from the Disney Parks, Sea World, Gatorland, and other attractions. The property is well maintained, safe, and clean. I would highly recommend it.

It’s nice condo on the top floor that works well for a family and has a nice view. Host was very prompt in response when we had a question. It’s a central location and close to everything in Orlando. About a 7-10 minute drive to the Disney Parks, straight down the Oseola parkway so it’s easy.

Carla’s place was wonderful, the perfect location for a trip to Disney and Universal. The place was clean, had all of the amenities I could ask for, the resort was great, and Carla was very communicative. I would definitely stay at Carla’s place again!

I really enjoyed my staycation...It was beautiful inside and out and the host was so amazing 🤩. I would recommend staying here Everytime my family and I come to Kissimmee... we loved everything about the house and it was easy access to everything... Everything was nice and clean... We absolutely loved Carla's home. We felt right at home! The view from the patio was gorgeous, and it was in a very quiet location. Downtown St. Augustine and the beaches aren't very far to drive, and there are plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. Carla was very responsive to any questions we had about the apartment and the local area. If you're coming to the St. Augustine area, we would highly recommend this home.

We had a great stay with amazing resort access to the pools and kid friendly fun! It was within 20 minutes to all Disney parks & we had more than enough room to feel comfy and cozy. Thank you again Carla!! :)
