Place was great for the price. I normally timeshare, but was unable to get a week or few days on short notice, but this place was available. Place was clean and tidy and Ms. Carla was always available by text. No problem checking in and area was secure and quiet. Kids loved the pool!

This was an absolute amazing find for my guest and I! We were very comfortable and it was very roomy! Carla was responding very quickly and answered all my questions! Great place for all ages!!

Beautiful, blissful retreat. Immaculately maintained home - so welcoming and comfortably cozy to spend the weekend here away from work. The house has a lovely coastal vibe to it and our family of 6 completely enjoyed our stay here. Our kids were thrilled at the Disney themed kids room and the little pool/hot tub. was a total hit. We would love to visit again at a suitable time. Not 5, but rating it 7 stars and beyond!! You don’t want to miss out on staying here! Carla communicated everything we needed to know about checking in and directions well in advance of our travel date. She was very proactive in her responses. Hope that more guests are able to experience the bliss we experienced.

everything about the property made our trip stress free. super safe neighborhood with tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Check in was simple as Carla provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival. the place was super clean and the kids loved having their own room. Carla was an amazing house and was super responsive to any questions that we had. would definitely recommend the property and Carla as a host.

Had a great stay! Quiet area. House was clean and as described. The small incidences were easily remedied. Carla is very responsive in communicating. We will definitely look her up again when we come back to the area!

This place is amazing, and has so much space for families. Upon entering the home you just feel a sense of comfort. Every detail and touch is thought out and well done. One thing I always look for is how clean a place is being that I am a bit of a germaphobe, and this place is SPOTLESS. The home is clean, cozy, and comforting. Carla was awesome and handled everything we needed and all the rooms are comfortable to include the beds, linens, pillows, etc. If this place is available book it! If you are a Disney family it’s about 17 min from the parks and a very easy/pleasant commute from the location. One of the better places we have stayed. Accommodated 6 adults and 2 children with no problem, love that almost every room has its own en-suite, this was very convenient for my wife and I who were traveling with both sets of grandparents on the trip.

Carla was amazing! And the rental was also. Absolutely amazing views and easy to get to downtown and the beaches. Comfy bed and it just felt like home. Thank you for making our stay great!

Staying at Carla’s home was absolutely perfect. She kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. It was me and my family, and we all felt right at home. The house was spotless, the pool was wonderful, and we enjoyed the pool table. The only thing I would suggest is adding more towels specially washcloths. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in Kissimmee!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Perfect vacation spot whether you want to stay on the grounds or venture out. Centrally located with plenty to do and see within minutes.

Carla's place is better than the pictures. we enjoyed bike riding to the pier and on the trail. The grocery store was convenient and about a 15 minute drive to St Augustine and the beaches. And the neighbors were very friendly.
