We had an amazing stay celebrating a birthday in the Kissimmee/Disney area! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully set up—perfect for our group. Everything was exactly as described, and the location was super convenient to Disney and nearby attractions. Check-in was smooth, the host was very responsive, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. This place truly helped make the birthday weekend special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved staying at Carla’s place for our work trip! House was clean and exactly as described. Convenient location to all area attractions and includes a community pool/splash park/lazy river as added bonus!

Would stay at Carla's place again! We had a couple minor issues pop up throughout our stay and Carla was highly responsive in getting them solved for us. Overall a great experience and would recommend to families with small children.

Carla went above and beyond for us when another Airbnb fell through last minute. Her space has everything you need and more. Super spacious, great location. You can't beat the pool area here. Our two year old had a ball in the splash park and lazy river. Can't recommend Carla and this Airbnb enough. THANK YOU!!!

Great place all around. Only suggestion would be if you're like me and like to cook at your rental. The cookware and utensils are a little light but still enough of the necessities for simple meals.

Our family had an amazing Christmas vacation at this beautiful townhome. Plenty of room for all of us and little ones. They had a pack and play, stroller and other things for a baby which was very helpful and less we had to travel with! Carla was amazing and was so fast about responding to questions I had. You’ll love this place!

This place was beautiful! We stayed as a family of three for about a week two adults and a 2 year old. We loved all the beach toys and local beaches. The heated pool was great. Carla is a great host and very responsive with any questions we had. The place itself is in a beautiful we loved the hiking trails around. The neighborhood is filled with so many friendly people. We would definitely stay here again. The playground was great for are two year old. Lots of great reviews and restaurant ideas worth checking out. We definitely will be back someday!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for families. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the experience incredibly smooth from start to finish. The little touches throughout the home really made it feel welcoming and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Our family had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

Ótima casa, muito confortável e bem limpa. Apenas uma observação sobre estadias mais longas, seria conveniente ter mais um guardanapo de cozinha. Além disso, sobre a piscina, pra mim não ficou claro que a taxa diária de $ 35 precisaria ser paga por todo o período e não apenas pelos dias que queremos usar a piscina. Carla é uma ótima anfitriã e sempre responde rapidamente. Vivemos dias de férias maravilhosos!
