Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The host was welcoming and attentive, making the experience even better. Perfect location for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Seaglass was an enjoyable and relaxing retreat for our 6 week Florida trip. Carla was always available for our needs. The house was spacious, bright and well equipped. Our pooch Winston, loved the fenced yard. We were close to good restaurants and the wonderful beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Carla is a great host and the condo was simply beautiful. We had our 3 young kids with us and it was perfect for our family. High-end finishes with amenities for the adults and safe open space for the kids. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the amenities of Storey Lake.

Sarah and Carla were great hosts ! Very clear instructions and detailed on checking in and out. The pictures are exactly what is expected. Very clean, the pool was warm, well supplied with everything you could need. Home away from home. We didn’t get to enjoy the community pool because we were at the park most of the time, but it looked so fun. Truly recommend!

There are no words that accurately express how John and I feel about this beautiful condo! It is so relaxing and peaceful. The views are amazing of the boats on the river and the beautiful sunrises. It’s close to everything St. Augustine but far enough away to give that serene relaxed comfy feeling.
Carla is definitely a Superhost+ and cares about your every need, answers all questions and is very helpful.
The condo is spotless and the lanai is our favorite spot to sit and read, have coffee and enjoy the beauty around us.
If I’m correct this is our 4th year renting here and we’ve booked next year already!
We highly recommend Carla’s Riverfront Happy Place for a weekend getaway, a week vacation or longer stay! You will enjoy every moment here with lots to do nearby should you choose.

We had a lovely time as a family of 6 at Carla’s place. Our 2 month old slept comfortably in the full sized crib. Our 4 year old and 5 year old loved the pool. We paid extra to have it heated and it was great for young kids. Carla was responsive and sent oven trays immediately when we needed them. The gym and waterpark were also big hits (although a bit of a walk). It was convenient to get to Disney world (we went 3 days during our stay, c30 min drive). Some of the amenities (kitchen knives, pans, etc) could do with an update, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Carla’s place was clean & fresh. The house accommodated us perfectly, we were a large group of 11 and - with 3 kids under the age of 2. She had high chairs and playpens the pool was heated and felt very safe with the gated area. The house is located in a great place - close to a lot of Disney attractions. The resort also has a pool & a place for the smaller kids & a bar. I would definitely stay again ❤️

Carla was a super host! Extremely responsive and very understanding. The house was spotlessly clean and spacious, perfectly located in the center of Solterra Resort. We couldn't have found a better place for our stay!

Great place. The only con is there were no wash cloths and there was only one roll of paper towels which was in the kitchen. No paper towels were left in the bathrooms. There was an iron board but no iron.

Everything was perfect! The complex was serene and quiet, with 3 different pools to choose from. The location was great. Very close to a Publix and Walmart, as well as shopping and restaurants. It was an easy 15 minute drive to the Disney Parks.
Carla was extremely responsive and helpful. A new water filter needed to be installed in the refrigerator and she responded and had it handled immediately!
Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone that’s looking to have a beautiful place to call “home” for their time in FL.
